I talked to my academic advisor today, and she seemed surprised
that I wanted to stay this semester. Especially after how last semester went—where I crashed and burned and lay on the road in a flaming mess of a pile. I mean, yeah, that took a lot out of me and my self-esteem and confidence is in the pits right now, but I also want this opportunity to return and be more self-aware of my choices and the consequences of those choices rather than just take a semester (or two) off and continue somewhat running away from my problem(s).
SO YEAH. LET’S DO THIS.
